Emmegi Heat Exchangers

Coolers are designed from customer input data comprising Engine manufacturers cooling requirements and machine requirements for transmission and other auxiliary cooling. Cooling fans can be engine driven or independently driven and controlled by an auxiliary hydraulic circuit.

Emmegi are pioneers of the plate and bar aluminium brazed cooling element which provides a compact and highly efficient cooling surface while affording a rugged and durable long life installation. Emmegi cooling cores can be cleaned with high pressure water with no damage or detriment to the cooler.

Coolers are normally arranged in side by side configuration (combi cooler) to minimise element depth and maximise airflow. This configuration is also much easier to clean than coolers where one element is stacked in front of the next.
